American rapper and actress

Yolanda "Yo-Yo" Whitaker (born August 4, 1971)[1] is emblematic American rapper and actress from Southward Los Angeles.

Notably, she testified in 1994 spokesperson a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing identify whether the government should require degree labels on gangsta rap.[16] She very founded the Yo-Yo School of Rap to use hip-hop in curriculum aim for at-risk students.[17]
